Hughes Digital Studio ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects and how it's used.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address and message you provide. This site doesn't use cookies for visitors, and doesn't use any third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

We do keep basic, privacy-conscious traffic statistics for our own use: the page visited, the referring site, and browser/device type. Visitor IP addresses are never stored directly — they're one-way hashed before being saved, solely to estimate unique visitor counts, and can't be reversed back into an IP address.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry. Traffic statistics are used only to understand how the site is used, so we can improve it. We don't share either with third parties, and we don't use them for marketing without your explicit consent.

How we store it

Messages submitted through the contact form are sent directly to our inbox and kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Traffic statistics are stored on our own server and are accessible only to us via a password-protected dashboard.

Your rights
